A crucial part of the design process is to establish an order of elements, a visual structure help the viewers absorb the information provided by the design.

To establish a visual hierarchy you need to ask:
What do I want my viewers to look at first?
What do I want my viewers to look at second?
What do I want my viewers to look at third?
